The title says it all. Before I bought this product, I honestly didn’t think it would work but I said hey I would give it a try since other people gave it good reviews on Amazon. I picked it up at my local grocery store. The tea taste REALLY good. It is just a regular tasting mint tea. The box says the product works in 6-8 hours. I found this NOT to be true but the product DOES work. I took the tea at around 4pm in the afternoon (although it tells you to take it at bedtime) and for me It didn’t work until around 9am the next day. So for me it took around 17 hours to work but it will probably be different for everybody. Just make sure you have access to a toilet. You may or may not experience some “SLIGHT” cramping for an hour before of after your restroom break. Notice I said Slight not horrible or unbearable. This tea is in my opinion better than OTC products such as Miralax. Like I said I highly recommend this product because let’s face it I wouldn’t waste my time writing a review for a product that I didn’t either really like or really hate. You can order it at Amazon or pick it up at Walmart or Meijer.

Simply follow the directions on the box, drink it at night, and it will work the morning after you drink it. Sometimes, you may feel some slight cramping, but then you know it is working. However, it is not good to use daily as your body will come to rely on it. Use sparingly and you will be pleased.

I was excited to try Praise Moves since I so enjoyed the few yoga workouts I had tried but disliked the new age talking during the routines. Often I would put on christian music to mask the message they were giving.

Laurette’s attitude and demeanor are inspiring; why not worship the Lord while working out? I am a beginner, and I was pleased that several of the postures pushed my limits.

HOWEVER, I give this only 4 stars becauase during the pose routines there is no talking and no music!! The video quality is very ’90’s. I wish they had at least talked you through the moves. I find it annoying to have to look at the screen to see if they have changed positions. Although I appreciate the opportunity to play whatever worship or inspiring sound track I choose… I just wasn’t expecting to have to assemble that myself.. usually that is part of the package.

Regardless.. I got a good workout, my heart was focused Lord-ward, and I’m sure once I learn the routine, I’ll enjoy not having my meditative thoughts interrupted by “now streeeetch!” So I’m looking on the bright side.. 🙂

Best stretching DVD that I could find that isn’t a yoga DVD, December 11, 2008
    By

This review is from: 20-Minute Praise Moves (DVD)

Because of my personal convictions about yoga and its origins in eastern religions I wanted to stay away from yoga dvds.
Pros:the stretches are really good and they only take 20 minutes. I agree with the beliefs of this DVD that it isn’t good for Christians to practice any type of yoga.
Cons: The names of the stretches are a little cheesy (i.e. Mount Zion, Standing Cross). Feels a little bit like Christian propaganda (I’m not sure why they did this b/c everyone who orders this is probably a Christian)
