I have chronic pain and stiffness in my shoulders (too much work pressure / stress and sit-down) . When I do the video he off right and relieves pain. When I do fairly regularly, it effectively prevents shoulder pain (and accompanying headaches), I have rented from first, but then bought right after … it’s worth the money!

I’m not the most flexible person in the world and tried to get more flexible by stretching and exercise.
Some people I know told me to try yoga and I was a little intimidated by the thought, but this game because it seemed to be directed to me. A perfect choice in that DVD really help to focus on things to help flexibility. There are choices on all DVDs work just like a beginner with inflexible and two discs add a little more to work on as you get better things, so that the DVD will last me a long time.

This video series is the perfect choice if you are inflexible or very new to yoga as I am.
It is designed to really help you choose between the three, Yoga, Yoga for Inflexible Essential Yoga for Inflexible and smoothly. The first move you through change to make things really easy and allows you to target areas, the second is a more general version with a couple of sections that are modified then things changed less and the last three sections of different levels.
I found things that I can do on each of them and I turning every day.

The three DVD series has been very useful for me. I love how they take you through with clear instructions and there are many things to work. You’re not stuck with just one thing to work, but some things when you’re just starting that are easier to do with more help (there is a good amount of it), as well as more work on adds to previous research. There are things where you are sitting, lying, standing and selection to find things that you can start with that, too.
