  16. how often should i do these stretches i do alot of cardio and some upper body exercises but ive noticed my muscles and joints have become very stiff and getting back into tkd will be hell if i dontget flexible again

    I was able to do these fairly well, and I feel like I’ve actually done some stretching. I’ve only ever done yoga on the Wii Fit, and I find this very helpful.

  23. I can barely get my hands past my knees. Seriously my back is super stiff which is why I was hoping a beginners Yoga would be a good starting step, but I’m years away from being able to touch my toes or the floor (if it’s even anatomically possible)
