    It’s probably not wise to post angry reactions to negative comments.

  4. Supralee, I think you’re trying to imply that women are weak? Are real men
    superior? “Real men” are the reason for nearly all violence, slavery, war,
    etc. throughout history. It seems you have your genders mixed, no? Women
    have many strong qualities, but you obviously haven’t had the pleasure of
    being near a “real woman” have you?

  11. Thank you for your comments. It had never occurred to me that I might be
    doing this wrong. Four years after I began daily practice I performed the
    full 21 repetitions for my teacher, and she made no adjustments. I am much
    indebted to you, thank you.

  12. I did the full 21 today (my fiftieth birthday) correctly for the first
    time. After six years of daily practice. I started doing the motions
    correctly three days ago, and I feel so good there’s probably a law against
    it. May your journey receive a thousand blessings, brother.

  13. I do this exercise the way it was taught to me, and have benefited very
    much. If you have anything constructive to add, I’d be most interested.

  14. I’m sorry, in my opinion, If your morning exercise contain 3 yoga-asana,
    you coudn’t call it Morning Yoga, call it ” My morning exercise with
    elements of yoga”. Good luck! Namaste

    but somehow cannot do it – someday hardly doing 7 only. I hope that one day
