I saw you on the modern mom, I have a question, im overweight, but it’s in the stomach (I also have a big booty and breast), I have a stomach (navel) hernia, so I was interested in yoga, because it would be perfect for me, but because im different poses great it is difficult to do. suggestions?

  11. Hi Tara. Can I still do this exercise, even though I have a back injury? This is a permanent injury that can not be cured, but I still have to straighten my back! Thank you for everything. I do a lot of core routines and helps to take away the pain without having to take painkillers for it! Xo

  13. I am 32 years old and started dancing like a dancer seriously. I was not very flexible before, but in class we do the splits and sections back. I do not know how long it will take and what precautions shd I take when drawing coz my fellow dancers are much younger than me (mostly children). Are these sections help regain flexibility for dancing and stretching shd i do to reach the front and middle splits, I really need to get those! Please help! Video tutorial if possible!

  17. Hi Tara, those yoga moves that I arched back is what hurts my back more. I’m your morning routine 7 minutes a day, but I am now looking for ways to strengthen my back so that it is strong. As leans forward, the child asks, folding front all movements feel good, but not in the other direction. Any help? Thank you!
