Right now im running 4 miles a day 5 times a week. i want to add yoga into my routine, but i want to have an equal balance.

So how does that work, do two miles on the days on do yoga? would that work?

just keep running the same amount and do yoga on the days you’re not running. then you’ll get exercise every day without over or under doing it on any given day
