  1. Yoga is more medataeing and the other one is more movement

  2. I’m a homebody so … as far as I know, yoga is a system of exercise and meditation that can be very challenging as you seem to have to perform all kinds of twists and turns at the higher level, but the exercises are gentle and easy for beginners. Pilates is a system of very simple exercises in comparison. Anyway, if you are sixteen, you have a long time to reach your potential height, so I do not think you have much to worry about.

  3. Yoga is balance for mind / body / spirit. It is targeted to build a total harmony between your inner and your body. It has many advantages, such as relaxation, make the body flexible and strong, live in peace .. ect.Pilates, aims to make your body strong by them on certain points. It is good to build a nice looking K├Ârper.Ich suggest that you go to yoga because it is larger than Pilates. But you can also try a combination that is better for you ist.Hier nice free yoga e-course for you: http://www.yoga-health-beauty-energy.com/Frieden
