What is a good daily home workout routine for a 13 year old boy?

Question by sdmoe1: What is a good daily home workout routine for a 13 year old boy?
I am 114 lbs and i am 5,6 (i am pretty skinny) I want a good daily work out routine that will get me ripped in my upper body. I have a weight set, that I can use and a couple of hand weights. I play sports, but only for part of the year. I just want a good daily routine, and an estimate of when I will start seeing results.

get a yoga CD like P90X. It’s good for all ages and henders. If you can make it through the entire hour and a half daily, it should take about a month or so to be ripped. Don’t start with the entire video though, only do about 15 minutes at first, and then work your way up.
