What can I do for lower back pain?

Question by Lex: What can I do for lower back pain?
It almost feels like I have a kidney infection ..(I don’t) I have really big boobies ( I think that’s a big factor to the back pain) but I’m kinda small as well. 5 almost 6 months pregnant. Any yoga moves or streches I can do?

  1. Just today, I bought a maternity support belt – one of the big, scary looking kind. It has been a lifesaver. I wish I had it for my first two pregnancies. I bought it at Motherhood Maternity, but they are sold all over the place.

Here is a link to amazon. This is not the exact one I bought, but the same basic style.

  2. I also have issues with my back pain. I posted my question on wish123 and got an answer from an expert who solved my problem. Highly recommend the website.

  3. Ouch! I hope its not a kidney infection. I also wish you the best of luck on the new addition to your family.

I know a place called Back Care Basics that may have something to help you. They have chairs, back supports, living aids (that might help the closer you get to your due date,) and a variety of things that can help you do safe exercise.

I bought a nice and comfy chair from them and they were really helpful and nice, so maybe they can help you too.
