Question by Goal: -6 by 0209: What can I do each day so my entire body can move in a more flexible way?
I’m quite stiff and tense around the shoulders. What yoga and pilates moves do you think would relieve tension from these areas and help my body move better? By flexible, I mean not stiff in my movements.

  2. Try to find a Yoga instructor that teaches restorative techniques. I just started taking yoga so I can’t really assist you. But my Yoga instructor always adds restorative poses to the end of the class to help us relieve stress and tension.

  3. You should definitely try Yoga. Also, I got a lot of my flexibility from kung fu, and dance. So try to stretch everyday and you’ll see improvements.
