I’m trying to loose weight, and I really enjoy doing Yoga, I was wondering if there were some routines that I could do , that maybe you guys know about ? My INternet is really slow so I cant watch videos, but if you guys give me step by step instructions and maybe some pictures it would be soooo greatly appreciated, but anything would be gret, thanks so much !

Try hot yoga, or try combining your yoga routine with cardio exercise and a healthier diet.

When it comes to yoga for weight loss doing the series known as Surya Namaskar or sun salutation is essential. It burns almost 4 calories per minute. Of course the most important thing to remember when doing yoga for weight loss is to practice at least three times per week if your a beginner and work your way up to 5 or 6 times per week. People who do yoga regularly are less likely to be overweight.

    You don’t mention your height and weight. Some people think they need to lose weight and they really just need to live a healthier lifestyle. If your a teen, exercise is much better than dieting for weight loss because you are still growing and need all your nutrients.

    The trick, well it’s not really a trick, to weight loss is having a caloric deficit everyday. This means you burn more calories than you take in. The best way to do this is by eating healthier foods and doing physical activity regularly like yoga. Since you say your internet is slow, I would recommend getting a yoga video or attending a class. It does not have to be a weight loss yoga video. Ross Dress for Less has a great selection of really cheap yoga videos. A box store like T**get or W*l M*rt also would have them.
