Ive lost 64lbs from January 1st, 2013 to April 2, 2013. I have tons of belly “flab” leftover, i have been running, staying hydrated and working out to distinct this flab. Any tips or ways to get rid of it all? Other than surgery.

•Cardio exercises are best as they will heat up your core temperature and improve circulation, both of which will aid you in acquiring a flat stomach. You should aim for interval cardio training, such as alternating between sprinting and power walking. You can try sprinting for as long as you can. When you become too tired, you should walk. When you feel that you’ve caught your breath, sprint again. Do these alterations for a total of 20 minutes at a time.
•Some strength training exercises are Squats Lunges leg lifts and crunches.
•Yoga is one of the best ways of losing weight. One of the benefits of yoga is that you learn to control practically every muscle and joint of your body so that the issue of weight gain will stop to exist
