question : What are all the elements of a good workout complete I’m starting a workout routine tonight and I do not really know how to get a job at full speed. I am currently on my treadmill / elliptical at this time (my laptop keeps me busy). I intend to stay here for 30 minutes. After what I do and how long my resistance training should be?
