I have been a student of yoga for 18 years and an instructor for 10 of them. I studied with many masters of yoga amazing and I must say, my best yoga teacher is my daughter!
We did yoga and all his life and I think it created a bond between us and taught him respect for one’s body and exercise. I also think she likes to have something special only she and I share.
When ever she gets impatient, bored or frustrated I suggest to take our rugs and do a bit of yoga …. it works every time in the center and we always find ways to play and laugh
This video is perfect for toddlers because they love to see other children doing things before imitate (especially if you do not have a daycare or kindergarten)
I love love love this video and we urge all parents or a person looking for a gift for a family with young children age. Om shanti
      (peace please)

The video description is incredibly misleading – this is not a video for you and your children to watch together It is intended for an adult audience as an introduction to yoga toddler. I did yoga in a studio room with my daughter about 12 months (she is now 20 months), and the class they filmed is not even good if it was taught in a studio in person.
video quality of a video wrong house (in a crowded room, apparently, not a real yoga studio). The video quality and shaking makes it look very professional, and it focuses on parents doing yoga, no interaction with their children. Children, in fact, seem mildly interested and there is nothing in the video that attracts attention or care of a child who looks at a house. The instructor focuses on parents or children! Incredibly disappointed, will try to return this video immediately!

My 18 month old child has no ability to pay attention, even at a distance sufficient to manage this dvd. I think the month of 10 to 3 years is somewhat misleading wording. Maybe I was distracted trying to keep her focused, but it seemed like a dvd with a bunch of people doing stretching. I expected a little more yoga poses that could be adapted to my child.
