    Great Yoga DVD, especially for those new to yoga. I had a handful of yoga and my husband had a few. We both really enjoy teaching Bob, in particular on the form. It is one thing to say: “keep your back straight,” or “make sure you look at your form,” but Bob taught as if you’ve never had a yoga class in your life, what is good – for both beginners and those of us who are not experts yet. It actually shows you what looks good knee alignment. And tells you how he must feel. I agree with one of the reviews that say it is a bit clunky (ok, a lot awkward) to be in a yoga pose and have to watch TV, but it’s really the same thing as be in class – I would have to look at a monitor to see what happens sometimes – but after a week or two to do this, you get the hang of it and know what to do
    best part of these videos are Biggest Loser. interactive menus so you can select the type of workout you want to do. What an extraordinary idea! Finally! Someone to help me cut the stuff I do not need or let me build a workout that is more and it plays exactly how I chose.
    And if you’re a guy, you’ll love because Bob leads the session. This is not only for girls. (And not just for skinny girls either.) In addition, there is none of that swirly yoga rigor, Indian flute music with perfectly sculpted body perfect pass from pose to pose. This is the basic (clear with background music), and you see the other participants (competitors last BL) make mistakes along the way as most of us do when we take a course yoga. So what if you put your right leg in the air when everyone puts on their left. That’s what I like about this DVD! Although I’m sure they spent a lot of “takes” shooting the DVD, they is not absolute perfection. Hey, life is not perfect and I do not have a perfect yoga class. The fact that I got my tail out of bed even to do each morning is more perfect than I can expect right now.
    Yes, there are a lot of “board”, which is actually good for weight loss yoga. I must admit that my arms ached for a good part of the Warrior 2 pose, but I turned to my husband and said, “Just think, in a few weeks, it will be much easier for us!”

    I ordered this product during the pre-sale so I received on Tuesday he was released. I’m new to yoga, but I must say it was one of the best sessions training I’ve ever done. I read about how yoga has changed the lives of many people and to be honest, I did not buy it. But now I begin to think that perhaps perhaps there is something to it. Bob is so inspiring (not to mention easy on the eyes!) The movements are simple and easy to follow, but you can feel your heart beat and your muscles working with every movement and stretching . course, I am currently in level I, but I’m looking forward to spending the next few weeks. Buy! Now 🙂

    I was very pleased to learn that The Biggest Loser people had created a yoga video. It will not disappoint either. Just like the previous Biggest Loser DVD is awesome. I wanted to get into yoga and is a great way to start with one of the trainers we are accustomed to watching every week and some of the participants we grow to love the show (Ali, Bernie , Bill, Michelle, Heba and Vicky).
    I definitely recommend this not only for fans of The Biggest Loser, but for all those who want a yoga workout that is not intimidating and easy to follow.

    I was looking for an easy to read introduction to Buddhism and meditation and this book delivered. The information provided on Mia The 4 Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path was the philosophies of Buddhism feel accessible. Advice and quotations Mia provided was very useful for me in my starting daily meditation practice. I highly recommend this book!
