    I found that there are about eight months and this is the only exercise program I was able to stick with since high school. I’m not very fond of the section of Stress Relief – Suzanne Deason’s voice annoys me, and I often get lost following his instructions – but I really appreciate the segments AM and PM.

    Even when I fell off the path of yoga for several weeks, I can get right back into it with the PM training session without a lot of pain or grief. I did not even sit facing the screen more – it’s easy to internalize the sequence of postures. It’s great as a press occasional stress or as a nightly routine, and accessories are not necessary, in my opinion.

    The drive AM session is fast, and you’ll want to look at least once before attempting to do the workout (the most workout bands say this on the label, but this time they really mean!) but once you catch it, it gets you excited to start the day. I appreciate the fast-paced movements, but it’s really up to you to choose the style that suits you best. The triple play on a DVD is also a good value for the price, but the biggest drawback of this is that two of the three workouts on this disc do not need accessories to complete, at least for most beginners. I was flexible enough to enter, but much of the workout emergency AM and stress are almost impossible without a strap in particular.

    This is an excellent DVD that I had the habit as an introduction to yoga, and that I continue to use two or three times one weeks for complete my yoga classes studio.

    The movements are largely stretching, with none of the “huffing and blowing” that yoga more intense may require. The teachers are very responsible about showing Alternate poses when necessary . The standing postures helped me with my initial equilibrium so that I was no able to support more difficult pose in my classes of studio.

    Production values ​​are very good, and the audio quality is great Many teachers of yoga encourage the use of home yoga videos and DVD, but recommend listening to them more than the (after you’re familiar with the sequence, of course) looking;. with instructions audio only, you are more likely to focus on your own body rather than trying for imitate the “perfect” teachers. This DVD has a great sound quality and instruction, and I am able to turn away from the TV and listen only.

    I recommends this DVD for beginners to yoga, and for intermediate yoga products looking for a light 20-minute program on days, they can not attend classes

    Before I had a player DVD, I purchased the set VHS of AM / PM Yoga, which I really enjoyed. Once I upgraded to DVD, this was my first purchase of yoga.

    I was no already familiar with Rodney Yee and the sections of Patricia Walden, so I knew I would enjoy those workouts. Each of them is perfect for the time of day he tackles; AM Yoga of Rodney is a wonderful way to wake and revitalize in the morning, while PM Yoga of Patricia really helps relax me and WIND downwards in the evening.

    However, my enjoyment of both has been greatly increased when I started practicing relief segment of the Stress of Suzanne Deason. I was not too familiar with the props use, with the exception for the part of the strap in AM Yoga, before I obtained this DVD. Since that we use the relief workout of the Stress, also although the How to Use characteristic of Props, I am able to implement the strap and blocks in the other workouts for make the poses more effective for me.

    I use this daily DVD, choosing whatever workout I have time to adapt to in my busy day. I would recommend highly he at any practitioner yoga who enjoys the methodology Iyengar used by all three instructors.

    i purchased for this item for kindle and many thereof is unreadable because it is in the graphics you can not read and can not change the size of (i did 20/20 vision) Également i just tried to return he in order to buy the copy printing and not be out the 14 dollars but it turns out that you can not return digital content on amazon. His only 14 dollars but I’m really strolled at i cant I uses the book because i cant see any of the recommended exercises — DO NOT BUY THE VERSION of KINDLE OF THIS BOOK especially if it is a program of CD on your phone

    Preview comprehensive hundreds of exercises that can be done using gym equipment, home equipment (stability balls, dumbbells, etc.) and / or no equipment. . Photos detailing each exercise are in color and the accompanying explanations are detailed, accurate and easy to follow
    The book is divided into chapters devoted to body parts: chest, back, shoulders, arms, quads and calves, glutes and hamstrings, core, as well as chapters for Total Body and exercises heater. There is also a chapter on how to put various exercises together for specific goal workouts (eg “The Get Your Body Back Workout”, “The Skinny Jeans Workout”, “The Workout Bikini-Ready”, “The best sports training, “” Best of three Exercise Workouts “). Additionally, there are chapters on nutrition, Cardio Workouts, the importance of weight, etc.
    Overall, c is a comprehensive book that is not at all gimmicks or shortcuts but is simply well researched and well presented. It will literally replace several books I’ve purchased on this topic in recent years. I ‘m not easily impressed by books on this subject and yet I am extremely impressed with this compilation.     I bought this book I’m working for the group exercise my campus recreation center, I was hoping he was going . give some ideas for new movements / exercises for my class routines He has many years … but it will take several pages with the same exercise just to add different equipment / positions: either squats with weights, squats weight w / o squats wide stance, crouched in the middle position, etc. .. everyone who cover the space of two pages and counts each one as a new exercise. It is ideal for Beginners to sculpture and includes a ton of overview, but not much security details or progressions (which is essential for all years!) Similarly, it assumes that you have all kinds of equipment.: weights, dumbbells, step / bench, etc., so half of the book is useless if you try to do this stuff at home. The drive to the end of the book plans are great, again for beginners but no one should ever really do some of these things without first went to a professional to make sure they are properly … Overall, it was not a waste of a purchase and it is a well organized book, just disappointing for the very pretentious title!
