My name is Nicole! I’m a freshman in highschool.

Ever since the summer before 8th grade ive been super self conscious. I was always stressed out, and to make myself feel better, i would eat. And then i gained some weight, and i would eat to make myself feel better after looking in the mirror. So basically its a viscious cyle. I used to be able to east whatever I wanted without a problem because i was highly active. But I have asthma, and in the past year it has progressed to the point where i can only participate in pe.

I know this sounds like a lot of exscuses, but honestly, i just want to know if any of you have some diet tips for FAST weight loss. As long as I’m not completly starving myself, i will literally do anything.

SO please!!! If any of you have some info or success stories let me know! Thanks!

The key to quick weight apart from diet change is exercise are Walking, cycling and swimming are the best ways to lose weight.
•Eat healthy home cooked meals, Use less oil, low salt, fresh produce, and you’ll start seeing results in no time.

  1. I also think that you should do some light exercise and yoga. You should consume low calorie foods and drink lots of water through out the day as it aids in weight loss.
