I got to 5 minutes of the routine, and my back started to hurt more. I am a
new, new beginner, and I don’t think I was doing anything wrong. When I
hurt my back I worked in nursing, and was lifting a 300 pound man off the
floor. My back cracked has not been right since. So could I have been doing
something wrong or was this routine just not right for me.

  7. This feels great after a long day of sitting in front of the computer –
thanks for sharing the routine with us!

  8. WOW! This is so so helpful!!!!!

  9. I like the routine but she talks more than necessary and she speaks to
fast. I was too busy listening to what she is saying rather than focusing
on breathing and postures. I am disappointed because I really liked the
    routine.

  10. What A Hippie.

  11. That sounds like that would cause a lot of strain, I know my back starts to
hurt after I wash dishes for a while. Focus on keep good posture, if you

    luck!

At first it looked like she didn’t have feet, lol. But seriously, this is
great; I have a new baby and my back is getting really abused from lack of
exercise, and endless bending over to pick up/put down.
