A good exfoliating facial scrub will help clean the pores up in your skin but you need to follow the scrub each time with vitamin E cream. This cream is a quick healing cream. Eat fruit that is high in antioxidants which will also help rid your skin of toxic bacteria.

  1. Use a cleanser set. Cleanser Toner and Moisturizer. Do use exfoliater 1-2 times a week depending on how bad your acne is. You can also use a Benzoyl Peroxide cream that is offered on the shelves at walmart. I am an esthetician so I do skin care and also sell skin care products that are dermatologist approved. Email me or contact me and we can go from there. If you use a pore reducing cream you can have a better chance of less acne. Making blemish going away you can use Clear eye for red eye (eye drops) to get the redness away or you can put mint toothpaste on the nite before and it will help a little bit. Hope this helps! Im a makeup artist as well!

  2. For deep and superficial acnee, use salycilic acid peel (natural) 10-30% depending on severeness and results in time. the acid will dry your spots, making your skin peel a bit (use gentle scrub for that) but you won’t have any more irritation and puss comming out

use everytime acnee gets worse, out of control

  3. my dermatologist recommended the Benzoyl Peroxide cream (might be spelled wrong) but that stuff works wonders. I am now using a moisturizer from clinique that has some benzoyl in it and its really starting to in prove!

  4. Hi,

Top Shirley Medicated Cream’s great – it cleared my acne within a few weeks and gave me a really clear complexion.

    * Garlic also works very well. It can be applied fresh, or you can buy garlic oil. Cut the garlic clove open, or pierce the garlic capsule and rub it on the affected area, Do this on regular intervals. This will to reduce redness and swelling. Word of warning though.
