Q & A: How can I get to sleep more easily?

issue by saasay0 : How do I get to sleep easier Recently, I had a really hard time going to sleep. I have everything to do yoga moves before bedtime to take hot showers just before I get in bed trying. I usually do not have any trouble sleeping, but now I could stay for hours and turn throwing while I’m sleeping. Is there a surefire way to go to bed and get a good sleep? If so, please tell me! P.S. Warm milk and sleeping pills do not work for me Best answer:

well, there are a variety of ways that you can go to help with this problem if you are taking prescription pills or work yourself just endless. I tend to have the same problem. Benadryl is a pill that is known for its effect of sleeping and its effect on allergies. A warm bath with lavender oil can also be a help as lavender scent tends to calm people. you can also try to maybe do a cardio workout that will increase your heart rate will probably wear you out and you sweat or hot herbal tea do. I hope this helps, otherwise you may have to resort to prescription pills.

  1. I have the same problem! You might have a sleep disorder or you could be consuming to much sugar during the day. watch what you eat and make sure it is not full of sugar. If that does not work, see your doctor about a possible sleep disorder.

  2. excersise seems to be one of the best ways to fight against insomnia. If you walk at a fairly rapid pace and work up a sweat for about 20 minutes to half an hour each day, you might find that you’re really tired at the end of the day, maybe even too tired to think you’ll be able to sleep or not and worry unessesarily which only adds to the problem. Try to empty your mind of all negative thoughts before bedtime, try to think of something comforting and focus on that. I hope it works for you! 🙂 It’s worth at least, it worked for me.
