Has anybody taken prenatal yoga?Did you like it?Was it hard?Did it benefit you when you gave birth?Would you recommend it?

I am on bed rest but I am allowed to do a little around the house. On a really good day I will pop in a Prenatal Yoga tape. It stretches your body and wakes it up. Also, it helps calm you down a little bit. I do recommend you do it, especially when you are bored. [:

    Funnily enough, I’ve just finished this evening’s session 🙂 It is definitely relaxing and eases the muscles.

  2. I bought 2 DVDs of prenatal yoga, and I did them religiously for the first 20 weeks of my pregnancy and then I just did them whenever I could find time. I loved it though, it relaxed me and made me feel like I was actually doing something to keep myself in shape while I was pregnant.
    I highly recommend it.

    My first pregnancy when i kept going into false labor it helped alot /w cramping.
