question barbie : Advice need for a flexible member adapted for dance I DO NOT flexiblity in my body. Can you Suggest me some simple exercises with step by step help to do it. Further advice ‘ll be welcome. Plz help me its urgent Best answer:.

  1. YOGA! Plain and simple. There are books and DVDs on it at your local library. I do yoga twice a week and have done for the last year now. I am flexible beyond what I ever thought I could be.

  3. Try practicing to do the splits for five minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night, I hope after two weeks, you should be able to do.

Takes time so you can not get frustrated with yourself même.Donc, one thing you can do is get weights that wrap around your leg and find an open wall in your home. lying on your back and put your butt against the wall and let your legs fall into a strattle. you need to relax and try to get all of your back on the floor. keep it there for about five minutes, then get up and face the wall still in your strattle and push against againg stand for 5 minutes, then turn on the belly push your buttocks against the wall and relax once again hold it for five secondes.J hope this helps =)
