This is a good aerobic workout, but should not be marketed as a yoga practice. The only segments that look something like the traditional yoga come in the warm-up and cooling, made some modified sun salutations and warrior like poses. The middle section is divided into six segments with names like “Rain Dance” and “breeze” and feels strangely low impact aerobic workout floor without shoes sitting with knee lifts and hamstring curls. It starts with something as simple as a toe-touch and built to form a complex series of movements and a new segment begins before the routine becomes tiresome. You can make all the segments to a solid cardio routine (about 35 minutes) that will make you sweat or remove segments to a shorter workout.

justify yoga in the title of the video, she could have called more attention to breathing, form, or a reminder to engage locks or keys. His general education was quite casual, but because the exercises are simple, the drive does not suffer much. Also, it makes a lot of bouncing on his toes in his bare feet, which looks painful for me when she said at the beginning that you can use aerobic shoes, I think it sets a bad example. And I’ve never seen anyone bounce while doing yoga. I like this workout, and this is one of the few aerobic workouts I can do without shoes. Expect to sweat, but do not expect a yoga practice.

This training is extremely annoying. Molly Fox repeats the same routines over and over again – you’ll be completely tired of the sun salutation. My knees are not the best ever, if this workout that is heavy on bending exercises, this is too much. If you have knee problems from running, jogging or weight – stay away from this band – it will not really help you while you are recovering.

This DVD took me back to my years in jazz dance. While the first session The training was correct, the workouts after it was too jazzy for my tastes I saw yoga’ish to it, but things were jumping and sidewinding too
