    I tried this routine a few days now. It was really useful for obtenirles recesses of my body, most of which I did not know were there. I trouvéil too before bed – relaxing stretching and exercising larythme not put me like a light. Bouddhisteméditation very complementary. You are a wonderful guide and video crew did a great travail.Merci much 🙂 will definitely look a little more
