  1. I love this! I’ve always been very flexible but at 48 and with shoulder surgery about to happen I was concerned that the pains in my shoulder would stop me from doing some sort of stretching and therefore lose all my flex. Thanx heaps Tara!

    That was way too fast for me to get into position, enjoy the stretch, and then move on. I have to kinda pause after each position.

  10. exactly what you said – literally roll out of bed and go for it. If i don’t do it right away I will find other things I have to start doing and never get a chance.

  11. I usually start my days with headaches because I get really stiff while sleeping, I’ve been worried that I’ll build up a tolerance to pain killers if I keep taking them to start my day, so being able to release that tension like this feels really good. Thank you so much for this.

  12. Your videos are nice…. but it’d be better if you talked slowly… you talk to fast that i have to stop the yoga and figure out what i have to do. that’s not really relaxing on my end…

  13. I really need to lose weight. Will doing any kind of yoga help with that or should I focus on strength training yoga or your yoga for weight loss videos?

  14. this is realy nice… this is my new morning routine, very relaxing and amazing to wake up to do before a healthy breakfast - a little fast for me still but ill get there 🙂

  15. It’s a great video with great techniques, but I wish it could be a bit slower. I found myself getting distracted by the next pose when I was trying to focus on the one I was already in and pausing the video every few moments was really difficult and disrupted my flow. Other than that, thanks for posting!

    Love your videos, but I wish the transitions between poses could be a little slower. Any chance you could record some gentle/beginner yoga where the poses are held a little longer and the transitions made slightly slower?

  17. Hey there! Have you tried – fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some super things about it and my sister got detailed Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  18. I love the workout Tara! Was super relieving for my muscles. But the music was a bit too creepy to make me relax completely… lol I’m a sucker for being scared by horror movies and that was a bit like horror movie music to me..

  24. I am a beginner and i believe my legs are longer than my arms so it’s hard to touch the ground with out bending my knees. My poses look in-proportioned : [ Will I be able to flexible like this woman in the video?

    1) i would KILL for that body!!
    2)she makes it look so nice and easy! when i do yoga its really hard sometimes
    3) HOW do i get that body!!!
