    Dr. Cathy, I have been doing your videos for a while (since 4 months pregnant), I’m 7 months pregnant now, and restarted exercing again after some weeks of feeling really lazy. But, now I propose myself to continue withtout stop until the end. I feel great and energized after doing your videos! Thank you & stay blessed!!

  17. In this video I was about 39 weeks during my first pregnancy. My son was born at 42 1/2 weeks
