  2. Try it anyways! You’ll love it! Go at your own pace. You’ll be encouraged to rest whenever necessary. There are variations for each pose, so don’t worry about not being able to do something. Lastly, think of it this way, there was a time when Lance Armstrong couldn’t ride a bike…when Michael Phelps couldn’t and didn’t know how to swim. Just jump in! Life is meant for exploring. Cheers

    You owe yourself to keep on going for 6 months then it becomes part of you.

  20. can i do this by myself in the sauna? i dont wanna be in a room with a bunch of sweaty ppl ew.

  21. Bikram yoga is amazing, i recomoned it for overweight ppl, athletes with injuires, toning ur muscles, flexibilty, fat loss!!!!! This will change ur life as it helps ur skin, ur blood system and evrything ur health will e amazing, do it 4 times a week if not everyday!!!

    I suppose it depends on the person doing the yoga.I havent run into that problem. And I havent run into any individuals that have had the issue of overstretching. I like it myself and I would definitely recommend it.

  24. Stretching in a hot environment is quite dangerous, as you can easily overstretch. So I wouldn’t recomment that

    BIKRAM YOGA works, I tried other yoga`s but not really successful, Bikram changed all that, it changed my life and will change yours, give it a go.
