  5. Hey is it important where you place your palms? Should they end up directly
    below your shoulders after you’ve “threaded”? or start off from there? What
    would be the risk to joints/ligaments if you don’t place them correctly? As
    you thread, what’s the motion shift of your weight on each arm?

  7. @TheWizzG Hi there! Your hands should be under your shoulders. When
    threading the leg through you need to bend your elbows, but still keep your
    shoulders over your wrists. If you’re arms are not aligned, you will have
    trouble balancing while threading the leg. If it feels uncomfortable on
    your shoulders, or you have an injury, you should skip this move until you
    feel stronger or are injury free.

  11. Hi! Have you considered – fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant
    remember the place now)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate
    got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.
