How to tone my entire body?

Question by mworona: How to tone my entire body?
I’m 15, 5’5″, and weigh around 115. I would like to basically get healthier and tone my entire body. I do about an hour of cardio every day by walking and hiking. Also, along with normal exercises, I would really appreciate it if someone could suggest some good yoga moves that would help me. Thank you!

PS: it would be ideal if I could see results in a month or so!

  1. Sit ups–
I do sit ups every day for about 25 minutes, it helps tone up my stomach and legs when i lose weight 😀

  2. The best yoga move is Surya Namaskar A, then Surya Namaskar B, then Modified surya namascar Bwith warrior 2, then modified surya namaskar B with triangle, then with side angle pose, then with half moon pose.

Add an extra push up to each vinyasa, and also add a yogi crunch in between each move, this is where you lift your leg up in the air, then bring your knee to your nose.

    Here is guided instruction.

Come to standing at the front of your mat.
Inhale: lift your arms above your head
    exhale: swan dive down
inhale: keep your arms an the floor, look forward and straighten your back
exhale: forward fold, walk or jump back to upper push up position
    Inhale hold plank
exhale: lower to the floor chutturunga.
    Inhale: upward dog
exhale: take a push up and shift back to downward dog
    5 breathes
Exhale, jump your feet to your hands
inhale look forward, exhale forward bend
    Inhale rise up to standing

    Repeat the above 3-5 times

    Then

Inhale: lift your arms above your head and sit down into a chair pose for 1-2 breathes
    exhale: release into forward bend
inhale: keep your arms an the floor, look forward and straighten your back
exhale: forward fold, walk or jump back to upper push up position
    Inhale hold plank
exhale: lower to the floor chutturunga.
    Inhale: upward dog
exhale: take a push up and shift back to downward dog
inhale lift your right leg high in the air
exhale bring your knee to your nose
inhale right leg back in the air
exhale step your right foot in between your hands
    inhale rise to warrior 1
exhale return to the hand to the floor, step back vinyasa
    Repeat on left side
return to downward dog 3-5 breathes
exhale jump your feet to your hands
    inhale chair
    exhale stand

    repeat 3-5 times

repeat the above, but instead of warrior 1, do the poses I listed in the beggining.

I dont know your yoga level so this may have been too much info or not enough.
