How long should a yoga routine last if you are starting?

and how many different positions should u do???

also what are sources of protein??

    If you’re just starting, you could do a some intense moves for a short amount of time or some beginner poses for a long period of time. It just depends on how fast you want to progress to an advanced practicer. It’s up to you.

    Protein can be found in animal sources (though they also contain a fair amount of fat and cholesterol), beans and whole grains.

  2. You can start with 15 to 30 min a day. Then go on and increase the time gradually. Eat vegetables, and drink water.
