Question by : How can I put together a yoga routine (at home)?
I’d like to start doing yoga, but I’m not really sure where to start? I’d like to tone up a little, especially in my abs and arms, and gain better posture and balance. But I’m not sure what poses to do or how to organize a routine for myself? I need it to be short, around 10-20 minutes, and something I can do at home. How can I go about putting something together? Thanks in advance! (:

sometimes I only have 10-15 mins for yoga.. I found FREE videos on Youtube.
