sorry to burst your bubble. but yoga is only good for meditation. it’s the new “hip” thing to do these days… but anything you do for 2 hours in a row and you don’t even break a sweat? come on… you won’t lose weight doing that.

i don’t mean to offend you or anyone… but people are into yoga these days because they’re lazy and they don’t want to get off their ass and work hard for a change… do yoga for 7 hours, and then the next day jog for 20 minutes… tell me which one made you feel like you actually worked out and burned some calories?

    Any postures done on a treadmill that is turned on.

  2. I’ve read in magazines and online that while yoga is relaxing, it doesn’t help you lose much weight. Believe me, I’ve already tried! However, pilates works immensely! Well, it works if you do it often, which I don’t. But, you really do get great results when you do! Good luck!
