This review is from: Yoga Basics For Beginners: 92 Tips That Explain The Benefits Of A Yoga Practice And How It Can Help Your Health And Peace Of Mind (Kindle Edition)

It does have a couple nice tips (out of 92!) but overall the book does not have much information in it. I personally would never recommend it to anyone because:
#1 – it’s another extremely short e-book, probably written to earn some extra money. I was able to read it during my lunch break (without fast reading) and it seems the author spent about the same amount of time writing it.
#2 – it does not do what it says on the cover–the book actually does NOT explain anything about the basics of yoga, instead, it gives you 92 random things that came to the author’s mind when she did her yoga classes. I read it after my 3rd yoga class and it was very disappointing reading with things like, you should relax when doing stuff and not force (that’s what all coaches say right away), etc. etc.

Verdict: It’s a short collection of random uncategorized advice on how to do yoga, which is probably too advanced and random for beginners and too random and commonplace for those who have gone to their 3rd yoga class 🙂 Besides, it does not say anything about the history, or the purpose, or the basics of anything. Sorry, if I sound disappointing, but this book is probably not worth the money you want to pay for it…
