    I will try wit you this one tomorrow morning, thank you very much! I am doing yoga not from long time, yoga make me happy, and I have been sercheng online good instructions but there is probably non one goog like you!!! Your lesson are so well done, and all is perfect, greate, I do lern a lot from you. Some teachers oline are a lot about them selfe, but you, and your stuff from ekhart, YOU ARE ALL AT MAXIMUM, ALL ABOUT YOGA. ALL THE BEST FOR YOU FOR SHEARING!!!

  5. Nobody else makes better videos to work transitions along with the demonstrations. Most other instructors rush through the poses. Love the pacing and explanations for the poses.

  9. a wonderful man, householder, everything that so many charlatans are not….met him in 1993 in Fort Lauderdale 4 days after my daughter’s birth-his words and advice have sustained me through many dark days and bright ones…no, I did not meet Sri Yukteswar as is in Paramahansa Yogananda’s autobiography (and maybe I hoped for such an event), instead I was told to look within, and given the tools to do so. on my own, no strings or membership required. Great man.
