  22. To much Pilates for my taste. It´s okay to use some exercises from pilates, but not to many!!

  23. Beginning Level with modifications: sitting leg stretchs, side stretches, childs pose/cobra flow, bridge, only a few downward dogs, camel, lying down leg and back stretches. Namaste.

  29. Very nice, like being in an actual class. Many Yoga videos involve more make up and fewer clothes. Many people find their spirituality in Yoga. Thousands of years ago, yoga was a part of Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism. Imagine seeing a video of a guy lifting a cross up and down and taking about the abs on Jesus

  43. Yoga flow just beginning to see it has endless colors feelings abilities. No one can say one is better than another just another color/flow no one has the right to say or imprint what is needed.

This was cool, at first i almost changed it because im used to doing steve ross inhale intense yoga, i have to say i felt a shockingly immense feelong of release out of this when we got to tree pose.. I was really suprised even helped open my sinuses.. I didnt sweat yet was still intense. Nice flo!
