wherever I am…at this moment, we are one”. Great sequence, too.

Hello Roxanne, I too enjoy flowing yoga, have you tried basic sun
salutations? I’ve got 2 videos on my channel in the beginners playlist: 1
breaking down how to do a sun salutation and 1 walking you through a flow
3x. Some people practice the sun salutation 108x for a deeper flowing
practice. Let me know if that is what you were looking for, from there I
have a couple more challenging flowing videos but the sun sal should be a
    good start 🙂

  22. I tried this workout and it was a bit hard for me, as. I am accustomed to
doing qi gong, which involves gentle flowing movements as opposed to
holding poses. Can you suggest a sequence that would be more conducive for
someone like myself who has fibromyalgia and finds this sequence a bit
    challenging? Thank you.
