  31. I’ve read that it’s better to do yoga on an empty, or not just eaten, stomach. My instructor at school has also said the same thing. A piece of fruit is ok though 🙂

  47. This is a video for beginners. It’s less than five minutes long and there is a good amount of information that needs to be passed on in that time. She is speaking fast in order to be efficient at providing beginners with that information. Don’t like her voice? Then learn the routine and do it on your own. Or choose a different yoga instructor. Do something other than degrade another human being who has provided you with free yoga lessons. Troll me.
