I particularly liked the fact that Diane always remember that we should not force the body. it is true – the bone structure of some people is simply not designed for certain postures. but some people tend to forget. I remember having a yoga teacher who laughed when I could not do any of the postures correctly πŸ™

  29. thank you! I woke up at noon after the night shift and decided to do this practice before sleep. I’m pretty steep, which felt great in the hips / lower back. Even had a good ab workout near the end! uncertain about “fish” – did not feel like he has no need to consider before doing it again. thank you!

  30. Shavasana sequence in this video was great! I was very relaxed at the end. However, I think some of these sections were a little too intense for a night session. Fish and other poses that require lifting the neck to the leg were a little uncomfortable.
