SUN SALUTATION YOGA

Hello,
My family is looking for a small progressive community to raise our children in. We are currently living in the big city but would really like to purchase some land in a rural community. We are vegetarian and practice yoga, so we would like to find somewhere with people with similar interests. Can anyone help me out.

In my coping with stress class, i need to present a stress relaving technique. Besides yoga, breathing, and playing with playdo what are other ways to releave stress? It can be for little children as well. Thanks a bunch!

hm….not sure if i would call these techniques..but…

exercising
stress balls
punching a pillow/screaming in it
crying (i assume this would only apply to girls)
sleeping

etc….

The GDP has grown from 166,310 million to 3,759,150 billion in just 25 years, from 1980 to 2005 with help and support from the wealthier nations. Maharashtra is the most developed area and dominates industry, politics and bureaucracy. Poor areas like Vidarbha, Marathwada and Konkan are still in dire need of help.

The British built lavish Hill stations which attract domestic and foreign tourists in large numbers to Maharashtra.

India is not the only country in need of aid and help, but is certainly getting the lion’s share.

Can anyone recommend effective ways to promote a Yoga workshop in India. It’s a one week workshop on Yoga for Kids in Goa. I prepared a flyer but I don’t have many people to email it to. do you know any website where I can post my ad or any other ways I can advertise this workshop and make it known to people who might be interested? If your husband works days, you could go to school nights without getting a second car. Apply for a tuition loan at your local community college. Go to school a few nights a week, and work a few nights at a convenience store or fast food place to pay the tuition.
