Question by Pretty Little Bella: Can you do yoga and HIIT on the same day?
Will this affect weight loss in any way or overwork my body? I really want to do all those cool yoga moves but I want to lose weight too so :/

Yes you can! Yoga is a very light exercise and serves to stretch and tone muscles more than specifically work them out; I recommend a daily yoga practice, especially before and after a workout.
