    barely do any of these poses right:( Watching you do yoga is simply
    beautiful. i hope i can be as good as you someday. Is it too late at 18 to
    start practising yoga?

  3. I love this balance video. I have been doing my practice for about two
    months now, and the first time I did this video was little shaky, now I can
    to do it fairly well with some wobbling. 

  4. I am really REALLY new to yoga..I started a few days ago, and now I try to
    do at least an hour of your videos a day. I have been doing alright so far,
    except for this one. I keep losing my balance completely…is this normal
    the first few times? I also cannot get my heels all the way to the ground
    on downward facing dogs. So on the other videos I’ve been trying my best,
    but I’m just not sure what I’m doing wrong. It’s getting frustrating for
    me, which I know is not good, yoga should be relaxing..

  8. Yo yo… Fine vid. My older brother had been an overweight gent. He
    revolutionized his body from 284lbs of pure fat to 204lbs of complete lean
    muscle mass. Everyone was in shock. I just registered personally because
    I’m seeking to get bigger muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible
    (Google it)…

  9. After practicing yoga for years, I don’t view this as a beginner set. Also
    prefer going more slowly with the poses (where’s the mind/spirit part? is
    this a race?) It would be helpful for an instructor to give more guidance
    and tips to develop balance for beginners. Balance poses don’t come easy
    for many of us.

  10. Tara is a competent instructor but I just dislike the fact that she rushes
    through the poses 🙁

    difficult for some people.

    collapsing in a heap feeling a mixture of confusion and exhaustion and
    wondering how Tara could keep talking calmly as I was huffing like the wolf
    trying to blow the house of bricks down I decided to check the comments .

  21. For beginners, this is a bit difficult….Then again, it’s probably because
    I tried to follow her rhythm. She’s fast o_o

  22. Very relaxed and laid back. Easy to follow and no pressure to do it exactly
    the way she is doing it.

  26. You are one of the most graceful yoga instructors I have seen. Smooth
    transitions from pose to pose.

    asked a few friends if the want to commit to a 12 Days of Sun Salutation
    Challenge. Day 1 one round, day 2 two rounds, and so on… Namaste

  29. Nicely done and the explanation gives anyone to get started doing Yoga from
    their own comfort. I’ve started doing Yoga after years so will be watching
    more on this on YouTube.

  38. The first pose is quite simply once you’ve learnt the transitions; the
    second on the other hand, my goodness I didn’t realise how weak I was!!
    Very good tutorial overall!!
