  1. I think it is a great warm up. I wake up and do 5 sun As and B 2 sun every morning, but after that I was able to pace myself 5 sun Bs! 🙂

  2. The slow really forced me to pay attention to what I was doing, instead of just rushing through the motions. A morning practice excellent, thank you!

  3. I love this routine! I love music too! This will be my early morning before school regular rotation of yoga.

  4. This is my favorite morning routine. Well sequenced for the body to wake up and verbal instruction is right on and paced perfectly. Thank you!

  8. Make sure you’re on the move with good posture, otherwise you might end up compromising the lower back, especially in torsion. Focus on lengthening the spine before you focus on the twist. Also, if you hamstrings are tight so keep turning gently in your lap while folds forward. Take it easy the first two times you practice and soon you will begin to “feel” the pose in your body, then you can go further. feel better!

  9. Good exercise, but now my back hurts lol

This is day 2 of my attempt to do this routine every morning. I love it. I’m struggling with torsion, while the hands are at the center of the heart … but I think it may be a lack of flexibility. anyway, thank you for this great video. it is by far the best I’ve found. your voice is so sweet!
