  1. Maybe it’s you that smells.

  2. LOL I was just going to ask this. I’m looking to lose 10 lbs.

  3. Can you loose weight doing this?

  4. every class I have been to, has smelled like stank genitalia. Just sayin’.

  5. BTW I strongly disagree with some comments about that yoga is beautiful for cold and nice weather. The origin of yoga comes from India where the weather is really hot and humid. The yoga was exported in 1950`s to west in a gentle way so people accepted it. But this it the real one. Your muscles are more stretched and asanas have much deeper effect. I can see the differences in my body, so far is the best workout I had. The skin gets better which is essential for people from polluted areas.

  6. I have been doing Bikram Yoga only for 4 days. I stopped going to gym 6 months ago and I lost a lot of condition. Last week I had a very difficult project that involved lot of stress, in the last months I really kind of suffered of chronic fatigue. The first class was a total challenge, in one part I felt dizzy. The second was better. The third was very difficult, in every class I think I have to complete it because the beginning is hard. But the sense of satisfaction afterward is great.

  7. farts looooooooool

  8. I’ve done Bikram yoga before and it’s hard- painful while in class, but feels great afterwards. I wonder if any of these claims the narrator is making are valid? It seems like a lot of unverified medical facts are being made here.

  9. I’ve been going to my bikram yoga class for 3 days now and even though it is a bit hard it’s also really awesome!

  10. I feell like this has the potential to get real gross, can you imagine how many farts slip out during taht kind of thing? not to mention people with bad b.o. Still, this is something i’d like to try in the near future.

  11. What’s your HR at?

  12. my left ear really appreciated that speech.

Just did my first bikram yoga class 5 hours ago. I had to stop halfway through the 90 minute session but I did the last 25 minutes of the floor exercises. I felt dizzy, nauseous, had blurred vision and a headache (I still have the headache). I’m giving it 10 sessions before I give up, although I hate it already and I’m terrible with heat.

  14. Bikram is incredibly difficult but the boys (at least the ones I’ve seen) are smokin HAWT!
The difficulty level reminds me of all those times when I was at the gay clubs in Miami and I would dance all night long…I felt like I was going to pass out but the shirtless boyz kept me goin 🙂

  15. Bikram is brutally tough but is amazing…and the girls (at least the ones I have been to are smokin hot)…the difficulty level reminded me of HS football practice in the summer in Florida with full pads.

  16. I really like hot yoga as it is really good for detoxifying. Also really good for people with Fibromyalgia. The key with hot yoga as with any style of yoga is to start slow. Yoga is not a competition, we should only pay attention to ourselves and concentrate on breathing. There is so much hostility in so many of these posts. I am wondering if many of these people are actually practising yoga or just doing it for the exercise.

I can’t stand exercising in the heat, so I couldn’t imagine enjoying this.

  18. My right ear is lonely!

  19. i think it’s better for the muscles…especially for older people who have problems with their flexibility or people who do no sports for years….the warmth will help to feel more comfortable

  20. I began to do Bikram yoga this week for 4 days straight and I really like it. To me it is a way to detoxify the body and release impurities (just like a dry sauna), The heat really does help you learn how to push yourself (streatchings) also teaching you when to stop and breath and take a break. To me dealing with the heat is just mental (and also helps deal with ego wanting to run out of the room), to deal with this mentally slowing breathing and learn to keep heart rate down helps a lot.

  21. yoga is ageless. go for it.

  22. I don’t think this is a good way to do Yoga. I mean what’s the point of making the temprature so high that people pass out?
Yoga is not a punishment. Yoga is the most beautiful, friendly, and healthy excercise. Yoga was invented in India a long time ago and people who invented it used to practice in beautiful cold weather. Not like this. This is very misleading.

  23. Just tellin’ it like it is “ratmybootie”…LOL!

  24. what are you talking about asshole.
