  1. so funny!!

  2. Actually any hot yoga it’s a western invention. If you do authentic yoga that was taught by masters from India you would sweat naturally. Body itself produces heat if yoga is done correctly . .Simply saying you should not sweat if you don’t move.Once you into hatha or ashtanga vinyasa flow , this is where sweat should appear. Also drinking while doing yoga is not good for your kidneys by the way.
let alone some asanas nearly impossible to do if your body completely wet and slickly.

  3. Let’s not forget that Bikram Yoga is very jarring, especially compared to other forms of yoga.

Where’s that hot blonde that got me to click on this video in the first place…..ASSHOLE !!!!!

  6. your nose is sunburnt put on some sunscreen

  7. He’s right. But for more than what he says. I mean – if there is a humidex warning during summer to get inside, keep cool because of health reasons then why are we doing physical work in extreme heat? If u have to do any hot yoga, then Bikram is the lesser of the Hot yoga evils. But PLZ do not do Ashtanga or Flow or anything like that in Heated rooms. Ur not being taught well when a teacher doesn’t know that u r essentially doing heated postures in a heated room. Redundant and very foolish.

also, it sounds like you fart more than normal people.

stuffy and air conditioning? its heated…
any athlete can over train. if you know your limits you can conquer anything.

  10. Hi there, have you heard of “Belly Fat Quencher” (just search on Google for it …)? There you can watch a beneficial free video. It helped Brian to lose his belly fat. It may help you as well…

  11. Wow! What a juvenile, ignorant narrative this is. I am embarrassed for you and ashamed that you are Australian.
Cynical, ill informed expert “advice” from someone who allegedly has taken one class! Found it tough did you? Couldn’t face yourself in the mirror for that “one hour” (btw Bikram classes are all 90 minutes).
You are exactly the type of person that needs this yoga but you quit as you can’t face your own truth. Self realisation – look it up.

I like Bikram Yoga! 90 minutes workout

  13. your a pussy dude no offence but i bet when you walk down the street people say things like ‘hey that dudes a pussy’

bikram yoga is better then any other yoga. it is not easy as nothing great ever is

  14. well i agree that some people try bikram yoga and do get hurt. but the only reason that happens is the try to push them selves to hard to fast. the same would happen with any other form of fitness. your only argument is really about the air conditioning and smelling other peoples farts. well sorry buddy but if you cant take air conditioning then never get in a car, bus, train or plane again. there is more i would like to say but cant. there is a reason its the fastest growing yoga in the world.

  15. Exactly. I’m happy you pointed that out. So many people think it is just girly or not much of a work out. In reality it is. Yoga not only helps with flexibility but also your mind. My cousin (a male) was skeptical about it but I’m glad he decided to try it. After he tried it he loved it, he sees now that it really works out your muscles. He was sweating A LOT after his first class lol

  18. becelproactivable January 25, 2013 at 1:45 pm

And also, about the hotness.. Have you heard of Sauna? Well, in sauna there can be up to 100 c degrees and that is DAMN GOOD FOR YOU. So the 37 c degrees is not exactly that bad for you…

  19. becelproactivable January 25, 2013 at 2:34 pm

You must be pretty weak if you tell us that bikram is too harsh and stressful.. C’moon, I have been doing it for a while for about 5 times in a week and never have I felt better. I finally found a hobby that I literally enjoy doing.
And well, if you do bikram in a proper place, you dont have to breathe other peoples farts and perfume…

  20. silvia hrvojevic January 25, 2013 at 2:34 pm

this is probably the most pointless video on the youtube EVER!!!!….what kind of yoga class where you in….the one where everyone is farting and wearing parfume and windows?…

  21. I PARTIALLY agree with you. I love yoga myself, but I believe that hot is a bit contradictory to yogic philosophy. However, I would be more apt to try it in a green house, with nice fresh air and sunlight.

  22. Why make this video?
You haven’t even done Bikram yoga. You obviously did half the class (the standing series) and got embarassed that you gassed out halfway through the class, picked up your mat and sweaty towel and got the heck outta there while all the warriors who don’t brag about how good a cyclist/personal nutritionist they are. I’ve seen 120kg women do the 90 minute class and not complain. Instead, they have a chat with people shortly after class about how awesome it is.

  23. ps im not affiliated with vikasa yoga – i just had a really wonderful time there eating raw food and doing yoga. Also, my final point is just that yoga (no matter the place/space) is going to benefit an individual. Yes, ideally it can be done outside – but if for some reason the only viable option is to do it in a studio – so be it. Better some yoga than none. Namaste 🙂

  24. I’ve done one week of twice-daily yoga in Thailand – couldn’t recommend enough what Konstantin Miachin is doing at Vikasa Yoga. He has set up an open-air yoga studio in Koh Samui where you are surrounded by the beautiful scenery and ocean views. I always undervalued the benefits of yoga – but after that week I haven’t looked back and have continued my practise. Yoga makes you strong physically and mentally and you can apply many of the principals in your day-to-day life.

  25. This guy’s a wanker

  26. I’m a (Hatha) yoga instructor. I enjoy Bikram very much. It feels great. I love the heat.

  27. thank u soooo much u have no idea how much u helped me

  28. Courtney Seager January 25, 2013 at 6:27 pm

It’s definitely the breathing exercises that helps with asmtha! i noticed the exact same

  29. Because this is a makeup channel… hence my disclaimer at the beginning of the video where I say, “This is going to be a non-makeup video.”

  30. why you telling us what make up u wear in your description instead of talking about yoga?

  31. Juicyheartcouture January 25, 2013 at 8:12 pm

Hi can I ask why you need two yoga mats ? like the one that looks like a towel then the rubber-y oneee?

  32. hi..your yoga wear tip for apple shaped is very useful. would be lovely to know if you have any other tips for purchasing clothes for apple shaped folks…like jeans for example..i am apple shaped myself and i have such a hard time finding a right pair of jeans. thanks!! 🙂

  33. Bikram is GREAT!!

  34. suzysnowflake33 January 25, 2013 at 9:41 pm

thanks so much for your reply i am very fond of your videos not particularly for your tips or reviews but more for that I find your personal charms are very inspiring. I really love the way you talk, dress, and live such a full life. I have watched all your videos a lot of times, and I also follow your blogs closely. Thanks for sending out such uplifting vibes and look forward to more…

  35. I always put my hair up in a messy bun. I’ve never blow dried it at the studio, wanna get going. It is annoying to have yoga hair

  36. suzysnowflake33 January 25, 2013 at 9:56 pm

Do you wash your hair after hot yoga? if yes do you blow dry it at the studio? that is the most challenging things for me cos I dont know what to do with my hair after hot yoga…

  37. Love this! More videos on Bikrham please.

  38. Why is wind removing pose your nemesis? I keep wondering about it when I’m in that pose in my Bikram class!

  39. I love yoga.. I’ve not done bikram.. I normally do the Flow Yoga.. and my favorite is head stand.. Love it!!

  40. JustABitFabulous January 25, 2013 at 11:27 pm

Hi! lovely video 🙂 I love yoga too haha! I go every week but I’m not really sure what type we do…. definately not bikram, thats for sure! It seems pretty intense haha! But I realllyyyy want to try it because it seems so good. And also, I would love it so much if you could take a look at my channel… I’ve only recently started youtube, but so far I’m loving it! xoxo, Hayley 🙂

  42. Where a u I miss ur vids

  43. shimmering2light January 26, 2013 at 1:07 am

It was amazing! However, I constantly get headaches afterwards that I don’t know how to avoid (even with hydrating all day). Does this happen to you?

  44. Thanks! I just googled it and it looks really good! I saw quite a few recipes with Tilapia, which I love. I think this is going to be quite beneficial for me as food is my weak spot when it comes to moving towards a more healthy lifestyle, so thanks again! Hope to see more videos from you soon! 🙂

  45. Thanks for the extra info. I found a place in my city that does Bikram during the week. I’m going to try them when the kids’ school gets out and things calm down a little. Thank you so much. I hope your pain goes away completely soon. It’s no fun.

  46. It frizzes up during class but it doesn’t bother me. We all look a hot mess in there! No I don’t, I wash my hair every second day. xoxo

  47. I wash with cleanser before, wash with just water after. I do not wear a moisturizer during class.

  48. Yeah, I wanna get my day going asap 🙂

  49. No I do it every other day. I want to wash it every time but don’t wanna add to my hair drama lol

  50. Gain weight mostly in the middle not lower body 🙂
