    This book is a great one to take on a plane ride! When you are SO stressed and busy that you have forgotten HOW to relax, get this quick guide!     I love books with lists. Maybe in all my stressed-out moments, I think of lists as a lifeline to get me from point A to point B. So, I was very happy to find in this book a great checklist of 23 activities (non-activities?) to help me refocus my energy. Starting Monday and every day thereafter, I’m going to choose one new and random item from the list and practice the practice of being focused and calming. Thanks for that. Smart idea.

    I also enjoyed the ideas in the book about teaching visualization to kids. While I have had fleeting thoughts about it in the past, this book helped me to bring that concept back to the front of my mind. I need to explore that some more. Buying this simple book has helped me turn my Kindle into a little piece of therapy heaven. Hit the buy button for this affordable and helpful tool. This was a nice find for my Sunday afternoon.
