  13. Nice. you do not see a lot of guys focus on non-yoga stretching for pure flexibility advantages. The only thing I recommend is to throw in some kind of rear axle or something to balance all the forward bending.

  15. So I took videos of Tara for the past month and they are great. I like his calm instructions, it does not mean you. This is a good one though, my heart will be rock hard if I want that! I saved the video in the correct order so when I mastered that I move to the next. I started a 9 minutes and now I’m almost 30 minutes and the time passes quickly. I recommend these videos beginners because it does not push you into anything you’re not able to. Tara thank you πŸ™‚

  20. I was in the same boat when I started yoga. I’m still not quite with it and not anywhere close to being a pro like Tara, but I think that’s the important thing to remember. You must be ok with where you are! Do not push too hard. Take baby steps. You can not touch your toes? Choose your knees. You can not touch your knees? Start with your legs. Any change to make it possible if you feel good to take small steps. The biggest thing: stick with it! You touch your toes in no time.

  23. This yoga is not classic .. it is a mixture of aerobics and yoga. yoga asana are never done that quickly, you hold a pose for a few breaths, then release the pose and relaxing until you do the following.
