  5. My first time doing yoga and let me tell you it is really not as easy as it
    looks like . ex gymnast speaking .
    It’s been 20 mins since I finished the exercise , my body feels uber weird
    . But in a good way?

    Looking forward to doing more yoga 🙂

  12. I know that Yoga comes from India, but I wish they play some relaxing music
    instead of the indian music, I want to exercise yoga but can not get used
    to that music, very unpleasant for me

  14. Great sequence. A little hard to follow first time though since the words
    are ahead of the action. When I look up to see what you’re talking about,
    you’re already through the pose. Guess I’ll just have to memorize it!

  16. Can you please clarify for me the breathing pattern. You mention the
    obvious breathing patterns ie inhale cobra, inhale twist open. From downdog
    is it exhale step right leg forward into warrior?
