I recently started yoga classes. I am slightly over weight, is that a problem? I also have a ton of muscle stiffness, and circulation problems, will yoga help me in those areas? Last, how many times a day should I do yoga?

no yoga will only help is your slightly overweight. yoga should really help w/ the problems your experiencing. a massage would help too btw. i would do yoga once a day or less if i was just starting. then move up to doing more after a little bit
