  2. Guys, cure your acne naturally does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a natural acne remedy called Acnezilax Secrets (google it). Seriously, that remedy has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I don’t want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I’m in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  9. hi i’m just going to offer my thoughts but i’m not a doctor. That’s what a lot of people want to do nowadays with the extremely high amounts of vitamin A. It’s not safe to do that and usually it has to be done with a doctor to monitor the blood and its toxicity. Even with a doctor it’s not safe and there’s a reason doctors use it as a last resort.

  13. Hello, have you tested out “Break Free Of Acne” (do a Google search)? I have seen a few good things related to it. For instance, Justin achieved good success utilizing it…

  14. i’m using gel from the aloe vera plant, and i find this helps to heal them more quickly, but it still looks horrible in the mean time. if i continue with the aloe and keep my hands off, do you know how quickly they can be mostly healed? I found this method here: backne.org

The second one looks like a variation of sasangana: I would not adivse putting your neck in that position and also putting that amount of weight on it specially in that position. 3. the third one looks like sarvangasana: this is a very advanced pose and should only be practiced if you have previous experience in yoga and you know how to do it correctly.

    Doing yoga incorrectly can be very harmful. Please be careful and very thorough while demonstrating the postures!


  16. Hi Tracy, your advices are great but the yoga postures need to be explained in depth with correct demonstration. Assuming you are trying to demonstrate the original postures of yoga, here are some suggestions: 1. the first one looks like down dog: you need to pull your hips up and stretch them upwards. Try to keep the upper body including shoulders and your neck in it’s natural alignment. Do not put so much weight on your shoulders. (continued in next comment…)

  19. Well, this is just one contribution to a healthy, holistic lifestyle that will clear your skin… there’s no guarantee these moves will work single handedly to clear your skin, but some people’s skin do respond really positively to yoga. So I can’t say how much/how long

  20. How long will you have to do these poses (how many days, weeks, months, etc) until you see improvement in your acne? I have tried almost EVERYTHING, yet my acne remains persistant! Please help!
