    I got through it but this is not for beginners. I took a break from yoga for a couple of years and I’m trying to get back´╗┐ into it by doing yoga videos on youtube everyday. I will say that this is good if you’re trying to lose weight. I worked up quite a sweat and my legs and arms are sore.

    When it comes to yoga I don’t give up easily so I see this as a challenge, I’ll do it until I get better at it(or at least to the point where I don’t feel like I’m going to fall on my face lol).

  5. I started a YouTube Account so I could just say how much I adore this Yoga instructor. This video always makes me feel energized and good. I follow this video almost everyday´╗┐ and I’m already noticing I can do more than I used to. I hope to see more from this instructor. She’s great.

  9. this was awesome! just what I´╗┐ needed today. I have a knee cap injury so it is difficult to put my entire weight down.. would it be ok to use a pillow or blanket under my left knee?

  10. Sory, but this is not for beginners. I’m a beginner, and I got nervous somewhere in 10th minute, cause this was too complicated for me. I think professionals, who practice yoga for years, can not understand, that even ‘simple’ assanas´╗┐ like Cobra or Dog for a beginner are too complicated. Everything else seems ok (maybe exept fullish shorts but that doesnt’ matter so much ­čÖé ).

    More of these videos and matching music with green surrounding. Can you please tell Cindie to wear real yoga´╗┐ pants. This blue was too bright for yoga

    Very good video, Thank You, I have a question: I was born with pretty severely inverted hips/pelvis. I cannot sit with legs crossed or opened much at all. II’d like to learn´╗┐ (if it is even possible) to improve my flexibility and maybe reduce the pain.. Thank You. Glad you are with Psyche Truth. I look forward to your videos and Live Chats..

  16. I have to say this is only good for those who already do yoga. It’s not a “beginners” routine at all, and each pose runs into the other giving you more morning stress that you didn’t need. The very first ear to shoulder´╗┐ neck stretches were the only real practical poses that help someone wake up.
